FITNESS---A PART AND PARCEL OF MY LIFE 
 
 Fitness of body makes an individual overcome many unwanted negativites , anxieties and mental hazzardness. Each individual should integrate himself to amount of fitness required to make himself or herself a ready to go every sec.Fitness is a powerful weapon to boost oneself with positivity and immune to all geographical and environmental  disturbances.
Overall Fitness should be taken as a goal to meet other goals of life smoothly and confidently.Precisely we can conclude that fitness plays a vital role in our lives.
 
Anyways,I would like to share an amazing experience which I have gone through. Basically a transformation of a very small period which was approximately of 6 months.
 
My day started with a warm glass of water accompanied with 50 grams of cashew nuts and walnuts. These two products basically tend to promote a healthy gut as well as it kept our weight in control. The next step involved a slow jogging of approximately 500 metres which covered the distance between my house and the gym. It almost helped me to attain a good piece of stamina as well as it fostered me to start my workout in an enthusiastic manner as it was a mandatory routine i used to follow on a daily basis. Thereafter I commenced my workout with three sets of push-ups followed by 15 reptations in each set.We know that each body part of our body needs to be trained equally nd accordingly on a weekly basis with full of intense concentration nd dedication to enhance our body fitness. If strategically applied, our hard work, persistence,dedication and our devotion can be some of the factors that help us to persue a fit and a healthy body. On the other hand, we can say that a healthy and a nutritious diet with a good and sufficient amount of sleep also play a major role to make a body fit. So I trained myself regularly with mandatory fitness schedules, dedicated excersises accompanied with a proper diet chart for continuously six months without any procrastination in this course of action. Eventually I procured an enormous, active nd an energy booster body. In exact terms, my overall experience of this phase of life included a lots of motivational efforts, a very high endurance level and a lot of hard work. So, looking from a different  perception, i also drew a conclusion that: "LEARNING PATIENCE CAN BE A DIFFICULT EXPERIENCE, BUT ONCE CONQUERED YOU WILL FIND LIFE IS EASIER"
Therefore, I steadily moved on with a high level of patience and did an intensive training which hepled me to vanquish my slimish nd skinny body..
