According to me fitness can be defined as in a state a person is both physically, emotionally,mentally,overall in a sound health is fit around to fulfill a particular work or task.We can start to be fit right from the bed & engaging ourselves to remain fit &fine.Fitness is a different regime for each one of us.It's  all about one's bodie's ability to withstand a physical work load in a timely manner.
 
There are many ways to be fit.Lot of exercises like walking, doing yoga,push ups,squats, running, cycling, etc are there.Mostly one best fitness exercise can be said to be of walking.Walking can provide a lot of benefits.Walking can improve our cardiovascular system, strength of the heart & the capacity of the lungs.Next one we can include in our busy life is yoga which is a very essential part therapy of our life.Yoga can be said to be an old Hindu spiritual work out which involves  the method  of adopting our mind,body in involving to do some basic exercises which can be practiced for  both mental,n physical relaxation for  the mind Meditation doing differen typeso o f ashanas, are a part of yoga.Meditation gives rexaltion to our mind.Sitting in a correct posture, doing breathing exercises, etc are the best work out.
 
But whatsoever the choice of one may be it's very important to enjoy the work in one's life & to be happy mentally, n physically so, that stress doesn't come as a barrier in our busy life.We should give an importance in our busy scheduled life to pay attention to remain fit n fine.As the saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away,an exercise a day works every day for life to remain fit and fine.
